  I'd give it 0 star if there is this option. This office is TERRIBLE. It seems like they have not cleaned their office and equipment for years... The equipments are old and dirty, as if they were bought from some garage sale. On top of that, they charge an incredibly high service fee. My insurance (a very good one and usually covers 90%-100%) could only cover 70% of their charge. AVOID this office if you can.
